Manual register measurement with ErgoTronic ACR
ErgoTronic ACR (Automatic Camera Register) represents the simplest form of register measurement. A hand-held measuring device is used to evaluate register marks on the printed sheets. The measurement function is integrated into the ErgoTronic console. Register adjustment is then realised automatically.
The control function calculates the necessary corrections for lateral, circumferential and diagonal register. The relative position deviations between the colour separations are determined by way of special Koenig & Bauer register marks.
In combination with the console wallscreen, the hand-held measuring device also possesses an optional video magnifier function (ErgoTronic ImageZoom).
