What is Daktylo?
Your production is unique. The way in which your products are manufactured, the combination of your machines or even the optical properties of your printing inks can be precisely identified with Daktylo. This allows us to determine whether a product was manufactured in your company. For example, the optical properties of this process are precisely checked and compared with your printing properties. This enables us to clearly distinguish your products from potential fakes.

Use Case
With the ValiCash™ application, you can authenticate a banknote in no time and check whether if is counterfeit or genuine. The app uses our Daktylo technology, which is mainly based on the structural analysis of Intaglio printing (Sound of Intaglio®) and, more generally, on specific optical features of high-security printing processes such as intaglio, screen printing or holograms. No special printing inks or hidden features in the design are required for authentication: banknotes already in circulation can be authenticated. The technology can be easily transferred to other high-security prints such as tax stamps, birth certificates or other official documents that only contain an intaglio print as a security feature, for example.
